They are a reliable source for driftwood and they have good customer service. They also have many many options on their site and it's hard not to find at least a few pieces that fit your tank and look good too.

Some people soak their driftwood for months/years, while others just throw it in the tank. I think soaking for a few weeks is a good starting point. I'm impatient though so I'll be soaking for a week and then boiling as well. When soaking, change the water with the tannins and replace with new water daily. Use a heavy object to weigh down the wood inside a large container, but don't break the wood!

To boil the driftwood: place into a very large pot, and if you can't fit the entire piece in, just boil 1/2 at a time. Boil for a while (15 min) then dump the water out and then boil it some more. Repeat this a few times to get all the brown/yellow tannins out of the wood. This will also kill any bacteria or critter as well as help it sink faster.
